With a new year come new developments at the South African Payroll Association and one such development is the fact that SAPA will be hosting one full day conference in all three of its regions. The theme for this year’s conference is “PAYROLL: COMPLIANCE IS NOT OPTIONAL
 
The South African Payroll Association takes this opportunity to invite members to propose case studies or presentations for the conference programme which would benefit members of the association.  Any suggestions on leaders in the industry whom you would like to speak at the conference should be forwarded to the secretariat.

CONDITIONS OF EXHIBITION

1.

Stands must be setup and dismantled strictly as per the details provided.

2.

Full payment must be made prior to setup of the exhibition stand.

3.

Exhibition stands will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, with the best positions allocated first.  Note that space is limited.

4.

Companies who wish to cancel need to do so before Friday, 23 August 2019, should the cancellation not be done before 23 August 2019, or be a no show at the conference, companies will be held liable for the full exhibition fee.

5.

All refreshments will be served in the exhibition area.

6.

Exhibitors will be allowed two delegates manning the stand at a cost of R500 – 00 per delegate, any additional delegates manning the stand will be charged R1 200 – 00 per delegate.

7.

Delegates registered as exhibitors will not have access to the conference presentation area and will be charged the full conference rate should they wish to attend the conference or parts thereof.
